The "Chinese University Program" is a full scholarship program offering to the provincial educational administration departments and Chinese universities in some provinces and autonomous regions of China. It is applied to some Chinese universities to directly select and recruit outstanding foreign young students to study in China. This program only enrolls graduate and doctoral students.
