About the Lecture
With the gradual transformation of China’s economic development from the factor-driven model to the innovation-driven one, improving innovation capacity has become a key concern of the country. At the same time, the overly close relation between some universities and enterprises has triggered worries: people fear that the cooperation between enterprises and universities will affect the quality of university researches. Based on the panel data of 59 universities directly under the Ministry of Education from 2010 to 2015, this study intends to analyze the interrelation between the university horizontal project cooperation and the research efficiency of university, as well as the impact of university intellectual property transfer on their own research efficiency.
