Xu Jingmang, professor from the Department of Road and Railway Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, was nominated for 2022 "Outstanding National Young Scientist". According to recommendations and expert appraisals, 10 scholars were awarded the title of “Outstanding National Young Scientist” and 40 “Outstanding National Young Scientist Nominee”.
