SWJTU's Supporting Institution (Lead): School of Mathematics

The National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory of System Credibility Automatic Verification, organized by SWJTU via industry–university–research–application cooperation with University of Ulster, Sichuan Jiuzhou Electric Group Co., Ltd., and CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd., is a national-local joint innovation platform approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2016, and an important component for the construction of the national innovation system, with an expected total investment of RMB 30.45 million.

At present, the laboratory occupies a floor area of 2600 m² for its R&D space and auxiliary facilities, and owns 152 sets of equipment, instruments, and software that cover the computer cluster system, software testing platform, and prototype control real-time simulator. It has gathered over 50 part-time scientific researchers with rich experience in such fields as logic-based automated reasoning, intelligent information processing and formal verification, and in the R&D and application of related technologies.

In recent years, the laboratory focused on major needs of the information security industry, took the original automated reasoning system with international advanced level as its core support, and developed strong R&D strength and engineering application capability through independent innovation, scientific research cooperation, and industry–university–research cooperation.
