Since its construction led by the School of Humanities of SWJTU in May 2017, the Center for Vietnamese Studies, taking the compilation and study of Chinese books in Vietnam as its main research feature, has been compiling the important Chinese books in East Asia mainly through research methodologies of classical philology. In the past two years, the team members have been presiding over one project and one sub-project both funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, three projects funded by the National Committee for the Compilation and Research of Ancient Books in Colleges and Universities, two Humanities and Social Science Projects of the Ministry of Education. As results, they have published two works on their achievements in the compilation of ancient books, one academic research monograph, one academic translation works, and more than ten articles.
