National Railway Administration of People’s Republic of China held a symposium on March 22, and inaugurated 26 included in the second batch of railway industry science and technology innovation bases.

The University’s three key laboratories, i.e., the ones of Advanced Structural Materials for Railway Industry, Intelligent Traction Power Supply for Railway Industry, and Disaster Prevention and Reduction of Railway Lines in Mountainous Areas for Railway Industry, made the list.

Professor Gao Shibin, Director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Traction Power Supply for Railway Industry, delivered a speech at the symposium.
