IHHA is a best-in-class international conferences which brings together experts, scholars and engineers in the field of heavy haul from all over the world, and an international non-governmental conference dedicated to improving the operation, maintenance and technology of heavy-duty railways. Registered in Missouri, USA, in 1986, IHHA consists of nine members, including China, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Russia, Brazil, Sweden and India, with the International Division of the International Union of Railways (UIC) as an associate member.
