On Campus Accommodation for International Student

Note:

1. We will charge you one month accommodation fee if the resident is housed over 15 days; less than 15 days (including 15 days), We will charge you half month accommodation fee.

2. Please pay the accommodation fee within one week after registration. All the fees will not be refundable.

3. The above fees do not include water, electricity and public facilities.

4. We have very limited rooms on campus. If you are not satisfied with your room allocated by us, please wait patiently until there is empty room available for room-switching. If there is no room available, we could do nothing to help you.

5. If you want to live off campus after 1 semester, you need to submit an application by the end of the first semester and sign a rental contract after your application is approved.

Off-Campus Accommodation

Generally, we suggest that all international students live on campus. If students living on campus want to move off campus, students have to submit International Students Off-campus Application Form to SIE office during 1^stto 10^thJan the next year. After the approved by SIE, students can rent an apartment outside campus. The housing location cannot be very far from campus and then take the renting contract and get an accommodation letter from SIE and register at the local police station within 24 hours of shifting. If students change their address and contact information during the study period, they should update the information at the International Students Office andMUSTregister atthe local police station as soon as possible.

Note:

For international students who want to move outside campus:

➢ students who want to live off-campus must submit:

1. copy of house contract

2. copy of landlord ID

3. copy of passport

4. copy of residence permit or visa

➢ students who want to invite family members must submit:

1. copy of the student and family members’ passport

2. copy of student’s residence permit or visa

3. copy of family members’ insurance contract

4. copy of house contract

5. copy of landlord ID

6. relationship certificate (marriage certificate and children’s birth certificate notarized by China embassy or consulate)
