At the national final of the 5th China College IC Competition (CCICC) held from August 26 to 28, nine SWJTU teams (five teams of postgraduate students and four of undergraduate students) from the School of Information Science and Technology staged their excellent performances in on-site defense and product display, and won one grand prize (the first place on the track), three first prizes, two second prizes, three third prizes and one excellent award, setting a fresh record of the University at CCICC.

CCICC, sponsored by Talent Exchange Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, is listed among the academic competitions with the highest level and the national class-A competitions. In 2021, over 10,000 faculty members and students of over 3,000 teams from more than 250 colleges and universities signed up for CCICC.
