Two papers by Prof. Zhang Xu's Team have been published successively in International Journal of Plasticity (IF：7.081), a top international journal of plastic deformation. Professor Zhang Xu and his team of "multi-scale mechanics of material"at the School of Mechanics and Aerospace Engineering have made great achievement in simulated experiments of discrete dislocation dynamics study of homogeneous/gradient polycrystal line materials.
